It started from a questioning and from the observation  why do people mention that they feel they lack something? Why do health services  not generate the expected impact? What is needed to generate a state of comprehensive health?

Wellness is more than health. It is living fully. We believe that wellness is; conscious and inclusive, self-directed and evolutionary, holistic and multidimensional, positive and affirming.

Wellness is feeding your body, engaging your mind, and nurturing your spirit. The way we think about wellness is often affected by our culture and life experiences,  aAlthough all the dimensions of well-being need our attention for us to flourish, it is not really mandatory to follow certain rules since the balance between all the dimensions has many variables to consider and therefore becomes something very personal. So the goal we need to cover is: to find a personal harmony with the dimensions that are most authentic to you. It cannot be achieved passively, but requires active awareness, acceptance and commitment through the decisions you make every day, no matter how small.
